Groupon Customers

Groupon Coupons Notice:

EBLNC, LLC /dba/ Screaming Ziplines is a new company, under new ownership.  Groupon coupons sold via the previous company are not Screaming Ziplines obligation. Screaming Ziplines wishes to provide Customer Service in this situation even though we have no obligation to do so.

You have some courses of action to get a refund / value for your purchased coupon:

1)  You may contact Groupon directly to be refunded your purchase price via Groupon procedures OR

2) You may surrender your Groupon coupon to Screaming Ziplines and we will honor the Groupon at CASH value ($44) against our regular tour rates of $85 for the 6 zipline tour or $95 for the 8 zipline tour and you pay the difference in prices; $41 or $51 respectively.72 hour advanced reservation required and no more than four (4) Groupon coupons placed within a current scheduled tour. 

While we understand that many of you may be upset with the situation, we hope that you see Screaming Ziplines is attempting to make lemon aid from the poor situation.  We deeply regret the entire situation and hope that you will see past the immediate reaction of being angry, rather, see that you do have options and the new Screaming Ziplines has been busy replacing lines, retraining guides, improving the website, updating company safety procedures, all in the spirit of operating a professional company.

We hope that you see it in your hearts not to take your frustrations out on us as we are doing our best.
