Cancelation Policy
Tours canceled with less than 48 hours advance notice will be billed for the full tour price and taxes. All other tours canceled will be billed a 10% processing fee. Tours operate rain or shine (other weather permitting). Tours canceled by Zip Orlando will result in a full refund of the tour price only.
